Story

Born and raised in Brazil, Gica Pucca's fascination with performance began at a young age. She took her first steps into the realm of theater on the shores of Comandatuba Island, where she spent a summer absorbed in the wonders of a circus company.

During her life Gica developed a keen interest in human behavior, inspired by her love for mystery novels and detective stories. Her dedication and talent soon caught the eye of the director Gabriel Misaki, propelling her into the spotlight with her mesmerizing film debut in Ascalapha, a movie that garnered attention in international festivals with 14 nominations, including Best Actress, and 2 awards at the (BIMIFF) Film Festival recognized by IMDb.

Los Angeles became the place where she could push her boundaries, collaborate with like-minded creatives and elevate her craft to new heights. She dove headfirst into the dynamic world of filmmaking, weaving her magic into the fabric of Three Card Pull a SAG-AFTRA cinematic gem, directed by Sofia Brown de Lopez, set to premiere in 2024.

Under the banner of FenderBender Films, and with her upcoming projects Saudade and Project 405: Lost at Sea, helmed by multi award winner director Josie Hull and the talented producer Diana Cody, she promises to elevate the scenic scene, giving light to Brazilian culture and inspiring young actors, like herself, to keep pursuing their dreams and telling their stories to the world.
